The papers include minutes of the meeting including extra notes by Dorothea Farquharson, correspondence with William Alexander Campbell Stewart regarding the transfer and sale of equipment to the University College of North Staffordshire including an inventory of the items and a copy of the resolutions agreed at the meeting. 1955
