Title	Numbered series
Description	Draft versions of the numbered series of sheets later compiled into Civic Survey of Chester final report. These include survey forms for a survey of housing conditions, and charitable institution; progress reports; notes on information required for sections of the survey; a list of administrative areas in the Chester region; and a draft of the proposed contents for a memorandum on health. There are also two sheets of statistics on birth and death rates, and a 'Scheme for a Civic Survey with particular attention to social life and problems'.
